Not sure how much phpbb2 is different to phpbb3, but you, as a mod can band people, specify length of ban time, specify whether you just want to ban the user name, or all users associated with the same IP address.

And Shadow, weren't you going to make me a mod?

How do you report people? In PP forums (PHPBB3) there is a little exclamation mark that you can click to report people.

There is no one to report ........ yet
